Das Buch führt in die wesentlichen theoretischen Grundlagen systemischer Beratung ein und verdeutlicht die wichtigsten Bausteine an Beispielen aus der Beratungspraxis. Ein wesentliches Kennzeichen der systemischen Beratung wird am Selbstverständnis und der Arbeitsweise des Beraters deutlich: Er beschränkt sich darauf, das Gespräch zu moderieren, übernimmt damit Verantwortung für dessen Verlauf, nicht aber für die Inhalte. Damit ist die Zuständigkeit des Ratsuchenden eindeutig festgelegt. Herzstück der systemischen Beratung bildet die spezifische Fragetechnik. Die Fragen sind "ungewöhnlich" und sollen zur Perspektiverweiterung, Reflexionsanregung und letztlich Klärung der Situation dienen.
This work introduces to the basics of systemic counselling and demonstrates the most important parts of counselling based on practical examples. An essential attribute of systemic counselling can be seen in the self-concept and method of work of the counsellor. Professor Dr. Winfried Palmowski ist Systemischer Berater, Therapeut und Supervisor. Er hat den Lehrstuhl für Allgemeine Sonderpädagogik, Pädagogik bei Erziehungsschwierigkeiten und Integration an der Universität Erfurt.
