He teaches at Georgetown University Law Center. Jeramie Scott is EPIC National Security Counsel. Julia Horwitz is EPIC Consumer Protection Counsel. All three live in Washington, D.C. EPIC is a public interest research group in Washington, D.C., established to focus public attention on emerging civil liberties issues in the information age.
