Cesar R. Torres is Professor in the Department of Kinesiology, Sport Studies and Physical Education at The College of Brockport, State University of New York, USA. He is a former President of the International Association for the Philosophy of Sport. He has been elected as a Fellow of the National Academy of Kinesiology and is a recipient of the State University of New York Chancellor’s Award for Excellence in Scholarship and Creative Activities. He is the Associate Editor of the Journal of the Philosophy of Sport.
