A Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development, Roy is a leading international figure in the field of stress management, counselling at work, and managerial mentoring. He is also a Managing Director of CSL Ltd, The Psychology and Training Company, and Director of the Centre for Personal Excellence. Visiting Professor of Managerial Psychology at the International Management Centres - Europe, Roy provides psychological services to trainers, managers and employees throughout Europe.
