Heather Norton is a Barrister at QEB Hollis Whiteman in the UK. She specializes in criminal law and associated, regulatory and disciplinary proceedings. Perry Spivey is Detective Inspector within Guernsey Police. He has over 30 years experience as a police officer and has extensive experience in both uniform and detective roles. He is a Senior Investigating Officer and holder of the police long service and good conduct medal. He has been commended on three occasions for detective ability and leadership.
