Wayne N. Outten is a member of the law firm of Lankenau Kovner & Bickford in New York City. His practice consists of general civil matters, including employment law, litigation, family law, and real estate. He is a member of numerous bar association and civil liberties committees concerning the rights of employees. Before entering private practice, he was an instructor at New York University School of Law and a law clerk for Senior United States District Judge Gus J. Solomon in Portland, Oregon. He is a graduate of New York University School of Law (J.D.) and of Drexel University (B.S.). Noah A. Kinigstein attended Temple University Law School. He is a member of the New York bar and is in private practice in New York City where he specializes in workers’ rights law. He has a monthly radio program on WBAI Pacifica-FM on workers’ rights.
