Birgit H. Hilsbos is the owner of Hilsbos Dog Training in Switzerland, speaker, breeder and temperament tester for all breeds, licensed dog trainer, and detection work specialist. In Canada she was responsible for the early education of assistance dogs (ADI accredited member), honorary trainer with the CSDA and member of the K9 WG on the use of Civilian SAR Dogs with SAR AB. After returning to Switzerland she specialized in socialization and early education as well as Scent Specific Detection Work. She was member of the K9 WG on Mantrailing with the German Society for Criminalistics.
