He also studies actions that managers can take to build trust between employees and management. Dr. Werner is co-author of MERIT PAY and co-editor of BUSINESS AND SOCIETY: BUILDING SKILLS AND AWARENESS FOR THE WORKPLACE. He serves on the editorial boards of Academy of Management Learning & Education, Human Resource Development Quarterly and Human Resource Development Review.
