Ernest W. Toy, Jr. (MS, Usc; MA, UCLA) is University Librarian and Associate Professor of History Emeritus at California State University, Fullerton, where he teaches courses in modern British history and Western civilization. He spent several years at sea as a destroyer watch officer and navigator and has built and sailed small craft.
