As Vice Principal responsible for Quality of Education, Miriam's leadership experience includes roles such as Assistant Headteacher, Designated Safeguarding Lead, Chair of Governors, and Head of Year. A Chartered College of Teaching member, she also speaks at national and international education events, contributing to professional conversations about best practice and school improvement. Dr Haili Hughes is the Director of Education at IRIS Connect and leads mentoring on the international PGCE and IQTS at the University of Sunderland. She is also a Senior Programme Associate at UCL's Institute of Education and an advisor at the Department for Education. She was a teacher and school leader for the best part of 20 years.
