Autor

David qualified in the Royal Navy as an executive officer and as a helicopter pilot and instructor. On leaving the service, after 12 years, he specialised in market research and development in the aviation industry. He produced the first international book covering Airport Equipment for Jane's in 1982, and this book has been published annually to date. In 1994, the ATC section was removed to create a new book entitled Jane's Air Traffic Control. In addition to the two titles, David is a Technical Editor for the magazine, Jane's Airport Review
