Terry Kidd is a seasoned higher education leader with over fifteen years of professional experience in workforce development, curriculum management, and faculty and organization development, and educational technology innovation. As college faculty, Dr. Kidd, taught courses in the discipline Management Information Systems and Training and Development. He have given numerous workshops and seminars on topics related to educational innovation, technology and society, social science research methods and computing/informatics. He holds a Ph.D. from the Texas A&M University and graduate degrees in instructional technology (M.Ed.) and information systems (M.Sc.) from the University of Houston. Dr. Kidd holds national level credentials in change management, workforce development and is a State of Texas credentialed mediator. Currently, Dr. Kidd serves as Dean of the Division of Extended Learning at the Houston Community College, the largest continuing education operation in the nation. Dr. Kidd has published over 15 research papers in scholarly journals including Journal of Educational Media and Hypermedia, International Journal of E-Learning, Educational Technology, Journal of Science Education and Technology, and the International Journal of Information Technology Project Management, to name a few. Further Dr. Kidd has written seven books related to technology management, social informatics, online learning, and adult learning in the digital age. He has been quoted on Amazon.com and featured on ABC News as an expert on the social and ethical ramifications of computer hacking. Dr. Kidd has been recently honored as a Houston Business Journal 40 Under 40 Class of 2016 honoree and the 2016 Outstanding Alumni Award from the Texas A&M University. He is a proud member of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Incorporated.. Lonnie R. Morris, Jr. , Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor of Organizational Leadership and a seasoned higher education professional with nearly 20 years of leadership and service to colleges, universities, education organizations. He leads and supports consultations for education and corporate clients in the areas of change management, leadership development, technology implementation, and diversity & inclusion. He has extensive experience in university administration as a senior enrollment officer with expertise in the areas of admissions, financial aid, data analysis, marketing research, change management, strategic leadership, and talent development. As director and vice president, Dr. Morris has managed multi-million dollar operating budgets and as many as 5 operational units. Dr. Morris has also served as a senior consultant for higher education and leadership for multiple firms. As a professor, Dr. Morris teaches adult students at the undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels in organizational and educational leadership. In addition to teaching courses in change management, group & team leadership, virtual leadership, leadership theory and business communication, he has also developed courses in assessment & data analytics and organizational effectiveness. Dr. Morris is an expert in leadership, ethics, organization development and e-learning.
