Each text in this series is designed for doctors and medical students who wish to improve their English language skills within the context of a given clinical specialty. Each title consists of a book and three audio cassettes. Cassettes 1 and 2 contain an overview of the specialty, providing all of the relevant terminology and the pronunciation of specific terms. Cassette 3 features four authentic interviews by leading American and British clinical specialists to provide listening practice. These interviews are fully transcribed in the book and are accompanied by language and comprehension exercises.
