Hüseyin Özçinar has been working as an Assistant Professor since 2009 at the University of Pamukkale. He received a BSc. in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Istanbul Technical University. He did his Masters at the University of Pamukkale, Department of Computer Engineering. Then, he moved on to Ankara University, Department of Educational Technologies, where he completed a PhD in 2009. His research interests focus on computational thinking, higher order thinking skills and educational data mining and bibliometrics. Hüseyin Özçinar has published articles concerning the computational thinking. He is currently working on social network analysis of online communication and text mining. Gary Wong is currently an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Education at HKU. He is currently interested in computational thinking for children, computer-mediated reality for education and integrated learning in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) education. He has already published more than 45 book chapters, journal articles and conference proceedings in these areas. Dr. Wong earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics (Double Major) from Brigham Young University Hawaii, Master of Philosophy in Electronic and Computer Engineering from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and PhD in Computer Science from City University of Hong Kong. He also received a Master of Education in Learning Design and Leadership from University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign, and Master of Law in Information Technology and Intellectual Property Law from University of Hong Kong. He is currently the Chair of IEEE Hong Kong Section (Education Chapter) since 2014. Tugba Öztürk is an Associate Professor at the department of Computer and Instructional Technologies Education, Ankara University, Turkey. She did her PhD at the Centre for Studies in Advanced Learning Technology, Educational Research Department, UK. Her research interest revolves around two issues as computational thinking and philosophical and societal aspects of educational technology. She spoke at the various international conferences and meetings about computational thinking and published papers about computational thinking in education.
