This multimedia German learning pack is part of the "Encounters" series. Each of the CD-ROMs in this ten-copy pack contains 20 or more dialogues divided into topical sections. All modules contain at least two dialogues complete with help and support, and additional situation-based activities also provide speaking and comprehension practice. The CD-ROM is suitable for IBM PCs or compatible, with minimum 4MB RAM, a sound card and CD-ROM drive. To produce this multimedia series, Hodder and Stoughton have worked with the Technology Enhanced Language Learning (TELL) Consortium to meet the needs of teachers and learners. The TELL range aims to cover all aspects of conversation, grammar, phonetics, interpretation and translation.
