This powerful memoir follows Sarah Hiscox’s journey from the depths of addiction to rebuilding her life, gaining access to her young sons and remarrying her ex-husband. From rock bottom to lasting joy, it’s a moving testament to hope, resilience and the truth that love can lead us out of darkness.
The Beginning and the End of Everything is the right book for right now. We all need its hope, its glimmers and its message: love conquers all. And not just in the movies.
In this heartbreaking – and heart-mending – memoir, Sarah Hiscox pulls readers into her incredible story of triumph over addiction. What happens when you sink to a suffocating rock bottom and lose everything? Can you ever make it back to the surface again?
Sarah rebuilt her life from the inside out. She regained access to her young sons and remarried her ex-husband – and they are still together today, some twenty years and one daughter later. From the very brink of self-destruction came joy and lasting happiness.
The Beginning and the End of Everything is a story of hope and love and light from darkness.
