Tara Lee began teaching her distinctive style of prenatal yoga while expecting her first child, and has taught thousands of pregnant women over 20 years. Together with Clare Daniell, Tara conducts industry-leading pregnancy yoga teacher training courses. She has also created bestselling pregnancy yoga videos and she co-wrote Pregnancy Health Yoga (2013). Tara is also a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist registered with the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine, and is a qualified Shiatsu practitioner and doula.
