Half the battle in handling co-occurring disorders is acknowledging that a problem exists. You are then ready to seek help and cultivate a network of support. That's what this workbook helps you do. It provides basic facts about co-occurring disorders and offers ways to cope with them. Written exercises after each section lay the groundwork for your written recovery plan and help you make it stick.
