Werlayne Stuart Soares Leite. He holds a degree in Physical Education from the Federal University of Ceará (Brazil) and a specialization from the University of Porto (Portugal). He is currently a permanent teacher for the Municipal Government of Fortaleza and the State Government of Ceará. He is also a writer and reviewer of scientific articles for several international journals.
