Harmond Carter grew up in a somewhat trendy Boston neighborhood in the 1980's when the author, writer was a toddler or at infancy. Though the neighborhood was somewhat wealthy, he grew up poor, except and though he excelled in (at) academics and got even a approximate 2/3rds scholarship to college, he was nearly crippled in a car crash that kills practically everyone when he was less than 5 years from graduating from his rigorous and academically demanding high school, having his mind intact and still being able to write and type, he wanting to help and save other people, so he began creating the plan. This is his primary or preliminary work yet masterpiece.
This is the plan (a copy of the plan) rewritten specifically for 2025. The version last year had a lot of errors, the author found, noticed and caught all of these errors, and rewrote the book so that it does not contain errors anymore. Now this book and plan is almost (nearly) error-free. This book is the plan (basically), it uses or utilizes state of the art medical devices used to keep human beings alive and living longer. These devices contained in this book or plan were nearly impossible to use to help your body previously, this is available to you now or currently in the palm of your hand, whenever you need it (and no matter where you live on planet earth as far as you physically are on earth or are in a state or country (reside). This is available for less than a small purchase price, it doesn't seem true, like "e;what's the catch..."e; ?, Though it is not fake, it is real, there is no catch involved. In reality it entirely is true (meaning it actually is true, it actually will and at least should heal you), there is no real catch to or into this book or tie into it (it is just truthful writing). You, as well as countless other people are probably wondering what this great plan is. The plan is a revolutionary book using 21st century intelligence mixed, or combined with old-fashioned wit. It uses language to heal the body, the human body,, if you repeat these phrases contained in, inside the plan to yourself, in a correct or linear format (in a string, like "e;strung together"e;), quickly one after the other, rapidly to yourself, you can use some or certain of the words to heal your body (the body, the human body, or the body of a friend) on a natural level, nothing strange, creepy invasive or scary here, these are helpful words which will heal the human body, and they will not throw you off track or put you out of place. If you do this correct (correctly), in a fast pace, quick, or rapid succession, or at a correct or quick pace, (in a correct or succential format), it will or at least should heal you, if you put these words into place, it naturally heals and de-programs the the body, brain, or mind of anything going wrong inside or with it (almost anything negative holding you back, it eliminates or strips it your body of anything wrong with it, going wrong inside of your body or mind potentially using these words), while at the same time it builds up all the necessary things (abilities, factors or functions) which you and your body, brain or mind, need to do well in life (and even society in the first place), what I mean by this is things going wrong with you today, and all the things necessary for you to succeed, and (all the) things that are holding you back, all the correct mechanisms needed or necessary for the body to function correctly or properly in the first place, therefore it heals your body, you, the human body (your body, your human body) as time progresses, this should be in a short period of time, literally no more than in hundreds of days, it will begin to heal your body and you should notice or see dramatic changes and results in your body). Possibly and potentially even your body or mind, beneficial things that come your way or forward. It is simply a book, (this is only a book) one meant to heal the human body or your body, human body. if you have ever heard "e;there is a book now which can heal the human body of all basically anything wrong with it, any ailments or anything which should not be occuring in your body, or holding you back in the first place"e;, Well this is it. This book only has a one-time purchase price, you never have to pay anything ever again, it is not even expensive and is low-cost in my personal opinion. I guess and think the cheap price for this book is good enough compare to it on a world-wide scale, in fact, If it is distributed or disseminated to every living, working person on planet earth, it can heal a quarter of a billion people (250 million people, 250,000,000 (million) people .
I would say that most people, who are relatively happy and uninjured, yet have something wrong with them (in life) or holding them back (are in a roadblock figuratively speaking), would want to start with (or at) 3.1 and do all of the 3rd stage of the plan through 3.3. If you are moderately injured and/or old, if you have been working your entire life, if you have pain, worried or get annoyed, I would recommend reading and starting (doing the plan from stage 2, 2.1 and doing it all the way to 3.3, that way you will be mostly healed, the last 2/3rds of this book, this or the book should heal you). If you have been injured all of your life, have severe pain or agony, or have severe, severe distress, or if you are extremely perturbed and feel like the devil, or something close to it is in you, yet you think you can be healed, I would recommend starting the plan from 1.1-3.3, so basically doing and reading the entire plan, then eventually practicing it, or practicing it and saying the short words section as or after you are reading it). Remember that small synopsis I just said, because it stays contingent to this whole, entire book. This plan is very, very helpful, like I said, 20-25% of all people who read, adhere and practice this plan will be healed significantly, or nearly to the 100% level, though there is a factor of or for age, also just remember, the diet and exercise portion (the part at the end) works with (and heals) 100% of the population, meaning there are no side effects, you will never be injured while practicing the diet and exercise portion (itself, unless you are stupid while reading the diet and exercise portion, as long as you actually adhere and practice that portion, it should heal you). Though also note the diet and exercise portion or part alone only heals 50%, still know literally basically everyone can be half-healed (as for the other half, in terms of you being healed, I am sorry, I am near-genius and I still haven't figured how to do that one yet). Remember, I assume no risk or liability, once you begin reading the plan and practicing the plan (this book), you take the risk in your own hands. Remember that, as well as just about everything I am writing in this super-short section, since it is very important, you will be taking this into your hands, you should be liable for yourself or ownself, if you begin to read this book (as trite as that sounds). This last part is very, very, very important. Most people, just about everyone will want to know this, It is very important. It is very important to know which section (or sections) of the plan are meant for you (for you to read, practice and/or adhere, I don't mean strict adherence, just normal). If you are a relatively happy and healthy person, and have never risked severe injury in your entire life, like I said, you would want to read the plan from 3.1-3.3 (you may even want to do subsections, just 3.2-3.3), if you were to start the plan from the very beginning, say 1.1 or even 1.3 to 3.3 , you would want to and would feel more injured and feel as if your body is at an elapse, you would do more harm than good. You will feel, slow, sluggish, tired and weak, like there are adverse side effects, because too much has entered your body a short a period of time, you would be at an overload, it is like the equivalent of eating, injesting or consuming 8,000 calories every day, isn't your daily requirement supposed to be 2,000? (no matter if you weigh 400 lbs. or you are lifting weights, you are never supposed to eat more then 4,000-5,000 generally, it still is life threatening to eat too much food, such is eating more than 8,000 calories everyday) It is also very much the same if you do, or read, too little of the plan. If you have been severely injured before and have never fully recooperated, have worked literally your entire life, with absolutely no breaks, have had a traumatic childhood, or are even a truly good person, yet are playing the part of satan, and feel as if you can relive some part of your life, you may want to start at 1.1 -3.3 (do or read the entire book). If you were to fit into this category, and instead just reading say 3.2 and 3.3, thinking this (that) vast amount of literature would (will) heal you, it will do the opposite, you will still complain and be in pain. Instead of feeling like you would be healed, you would feel out of place, like you threw 3 feet, when the object has to go 300. You would have too little enter your body instead, like I said, you would feel the lowest part of the bar-graph, when it should be so high, like the top of the thermometer exploding (in a figurative sense), it goes to the top instead of being seated at the bottom. If you are wondering where the vast majority of people should start (literally about 50% of the population), it is my belief literally a third (1/3) approximate of all people, should read 2.1 - 3.3, those are the sections they should read to meet the requirement to truly be healed, maybe even if the entire plan if you feel you are truly messed up in the head, or don't know enough about people (though that is not majority, that is in the minority). The happy-go-lucky, the easily healed people in the population as well as the young (40 years old or younger) should only read the last section, section 3 (3.1-3.3)(50%+). The people who have been severely injured, have had a rough life as well as those who literally throughout their entire life have never had a respite, should read the entire book, 1.1-3.3. Then, there are people also who do not fit into a stereotype (a given construct), and should begin in a subsection (part of a chapter, not the full or entire thing), say 2.3 -3.3. It is extremely important to have a self-analytical factor (these are most people I believe should read much of the book). Even if you are a liar, are extremely dishonest and very rarely are truthful (I mean this as a person, or human being), you have to ask yourself the honest question of who am I? What am I? and, how do I feel? If you are honest with yourself, and truly ask these questions, you should probably know where to begin, and where you should leave or get left off. If you answer these questions, you should hopefully know where to begin and how you should read the plan, how to read and approach it, as well as minute precautions as to truly read and truly practice. If you do this correctly, you will thrive by reading my plan. Just remember two small yet important keys about this plan. If you ever feel, (abnormally) strange or tired, like you are being injured while reading my plan, discontinue it, this plan can injure you, it is just for true amorphic healing, 25% of the population (approximate) will have good things happen to their body. The second thing you must know, is even if the plan is not effective for you, the diet and exercise portion is, it is 100% effective (in my opinion, as long as you practice it and do not abuse or stray from the diet and exercise portion). As long as you adhere and practice that with a normal approach, there is nothing to tell me there are any adverse side effects out there, it is 100% effective, with 0% going for you to get injured (or hurt) as long as you are slightly bright while practicing it, truly belief and adhere (do what it is telling you to do), know which sections of the plan to read, once you begin and (to) figure that out (know which sections of the plan to read properly, figure out what to do)... Do not mess up on this factor, read the proper sections

This the beginning section of the plan, the very first section of the plan where there are all of the examples and the phrases are and will be listed, along with the phonetic “alien” phrases and physical exercises I listed for you to do, These are meant to break anything bad down inside of you, using a simple verbal, psychological mechanism, to break this beast/animal down bit by bit, you should program (train your mind to have, say, go over all of these phrases in your mind (subvocally) so that you say the list (each, and the most important ones) like a mantra (each and every minute, for much or throughout some or certain parts of the day). Say these in your head, so that they can break down the unnecessary obstacles in you (unnecessary beast). Once you start saying these things, over time, you should feel better.
You should read, say these things to yourself every night before bed or whatever else you are doing, in a half hour to hour long short review. If you do this, adhere and internalize the plan, you should feel better within a month or two in time (though of course the real, amorphic healing can take a couple years). Just stay to, keep a sense of yourself and those around you, and you will be better healed (healed better), and do better while practicing this plan.
You should also try to have an informative ”power” session with a friend, where you “drill” a friend for an hour where you practice/go over the pneumonic/neuro-linguistic devices. Say them to one another 5 times quick where or when you are receptive, knowing what each saying means (what that means), after you do this for months you will be well. Have someone that you can really trust, that is bright and has good energy. Be very careful of those who dress up as sheeps (meaning they say they are for you when really they are not), this can have adverse effects.
A question that you may have is, do I have to be homogized, bland while using this plan, Run on a treadmill for 5 hours a day and drink carrot juice, no. You can live normally, just as you always do, I just ask that you be conscious and...
