Managing your anxiety shouldn't cause you more anxiety! This 8-week, interactive journey toward peace integrates Scripture, neuroscience, and psychology into a practical, easy-to-use approach that teaches you coping and relationship skills to put into practice today and keep in your Calm Skills Toolbox for future life storms.
Do you tend to overthink the simple things? Does relational conflict cause worry--or even unnecessary guilt? Do you have difficulty controlling your thoughts or relaxing your body? When you have anxiety, symptoms like these can dominate your days and prevent you from enjoying life. And knowing the Bible says "Don't be anxious" makes you feel worse--as if you can just turn it off!
Licensed Christian counselor (and reformed worrier) Melissa Fisher is here to tell you that managing your anxiety shouldn't cause you more anxiety. In this 8-week interactive journey toward lasting inner peace, Melissa integrates Scripture, neuroscience, and psychology into a practical, easy-to-use approach. She teaches you coping and relationship skills that you can put into practice today and keep in your toolbox for the future.
With helpful therapy techniques, honest meditative prayers, and hopeful daily readings, you will learn to overcome your anxiety one day at a time. And you'll draw closer to the One who calms the storms--even the ones raging inside you.
