Author lives in France. Laurence Marot is a Parisian journalist and author of books on cocktails, spirits and beers. She specialises in discovering expert spirit producers, uncovering the best addresses for cocktails, meeting talented mixologists and sniffing out the liquid trends of the future. She is also the host of the Paris Cocktail Festival alongside some of the greatest spirit experts from around the world.
