Alexis Redding is a developmental psychologist with twenty-five years of experience supporting college students. She is faculty cochair of higher education and a lecturer on education at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, where she teaches courses on student development and student affairs and directs a professional program on college student mental health. She is coauthor of The End of Adolescence: The Lost Art of Delaying Adulthood, and her work has been featured in The Atlantic, New York Times, Harvard Business Review, and Teen Vogue.
