Following in the foodsteps of her successful debut, Wine Taste Pair Pour, Charlotte Kristensen is back to show how you to match wines with food for maximum pleasure.
Wine & Dine at Home invites the reader to experience wine in the most joyous way possible - sharing delicious plates with friends. Wine columnist and author Charlotte Kristensen encourages you to approach wine as a sensory pleasure and helps grow your knowledge through exploration and experience in three steps:

Discover - introduces some of the key principles of food and wine pairing, recognising that it blends art, science and experience.

Pair - shares 50 delectable pairings of wine and food, with simple recipes for apero, boards and nibbles; fish and seafood; poultry and meat; vegetarian and cheese, and sweet treats.

Curate - offers themed menus incorporating recipes from the second part of the book.

Charlotte Kristensen is a wine columnist, communicator and educator based in London. Prior to focusing on wine, she worked as a lawyer in the City of London. After falling in love with the world of wine while living in New York, Charlotte decided to leave the corporate world and made the leap into wine. In 2018, she set up her Instagram account @thelondonwinegirl to record her journey, and now has followers around the world. Charlotte completed the prestigious Diploma in Wines with the Wine and Spirits Education Trust (WSET) in 2020 and is a certified WSET wine educator. In 2022, she became the weekly wine columnist for You Magazine at the Mail on Sunday. Charlotte runs supper clubs, tastings and events, and works with wine regions and brands from around the world. @thelondonwinegirl
