Now, nearly 20 years later Kate is delivering hundreds of gift boxes daily from the picturesque Brownie Barns in Reynoldston, Gower. Known for her commitment to quality, sustainability, and local sourcing, Kate's brownies have become a symbol of heartfelt gifting and culinary excellence. In her spare time, Kate contributes to the Welsh food industry as a board member of the Abergavenny Food Festival, using her expertise to guide its growth. She has appeared on Saturday Kitchen and This Morning.
