The Weight Loss Prescription is the essential step-by-step guide on how to change your relationship with food whilst taking advantage of GLP-1 medications. Dr Max Pemberton and Dr Courtney Raspin explain the full process of using this life changing medication, detailing how to use them safely and correctly whilst doing the necessary psychological work for sustainable weight loss that’ll last even after you’ve taken your last dose.
Over 12 sessions you’ll learn how to take full advantage of the temporary silencing of food noise that GLP-1 medications provide. Through learning key skills and coping mechanisms, such as urge surfing and emotional regulation, you’ll be able to address how to maintain your progress, manage setbacks, and build habits that work with or without pharmaceutical support.
Dr Max and Dr Courtney will be your guiding voice as you use this medication, supporting you through starting medication and titration with the ultimate goals of confidence, strength, and food freedom off of GLP-1.
