Jonathan Caplan is a King's Counsel (KC) and one of the UK's premier barristers. Caplan has utilised his career experience to seek out the most reliable UAP evidence and to evaluate information from highly placed contacts. Caplan has studied the phenomenon for over fifty years and is a respected voice on the subject. For many years, he served on the editorial board of a leading international UFO journal with distinguished correspondents.
