STEVE SMITHWICK is the president, chief executive officer, and founder of Master Wall, Inc., a leading name in the construction and wall systems industry since 1987. With over three decades of executive leadership, Steve also serves as president of Creative Wall Products, Inc. and previously held the presidency of EIMA (2021–2024). Beyond business, Steve dedicated seventeen years to mentoring youth as head coach of the Calvary Christian School High School boys basketball team. His leadership extends to numerous board roles, including Calvary Ministries, The Gardens Assisted Living & Memory Care, and Calvary Christian School. A devoted family man, Steve has been married to Donnie Smithwick since 1973. Together, they have four children, twelve grandchildren, and one great-granddaughter. Steve's enduring commitment to faith, family, and professional excellence continues to inspire those around him.
