Ilhan Mohamed Abdi (@Ilhanm.a) lives in London with her young family and is of Somali heritage. After leaving her corporate job she started cooking meals that had all the flavour and heritage of the dishes she’d grown up enjoying, adapted for a modern cook using easily accessible ingredients and simplified, time-saving methods. Her Ramadan Recipes and Eid Recipes series have proved hugely successful across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. This is her first book.
