Supermarket Swap began as Nabula El Mourid's busy mum’s mission to make better choices at the supermarket to feed her son. The Instagram page she created to share what she found quickly garnered a large following from others who wanted to learn how to make simple swaps and better choices for themselves and their families. Following a lengthy process of development in consultation with qualified health professionals and food scientists, Nabula Brdar founded the game-changing Australian shopping app Supermarket Swap. The app enables shoppers to easily search, shop, share and save on additive- and preservative-free food from Australian's largest supermarkets. As a busy mum, it is her mission to make better choices at the supermarket to feed her family and enable others to do so as well. Through the online community, Nabula realised that many people were also struggling with meal planning. So, in 2022, the app expanded to include a meal plan template, which features over 200 recipes to streamline your meal planning and make it easier to feed your family.
