Tleubaev Seraly Shabayevich Doctor of Philosophy, Professor, graduated from the Moscow State Institute of Culture in 1985, qualifying as a teacher of choreographic disciplines. He defended his Candidate's and Doctoral theses at the Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi, specialising in Theory and History of Culture.
