Domingos Julio Chivure Junior, born in Xai-Xai, has a degree in Physical Education and Sports and a Master's degree in Sports Sciences for the Training of Children and Young People and is a lecturer and researcher at the Pedagogical and Catholic Universities of Mozambique, Quelimane delegations.
