Autor

Carol Pastor studied at art college and worked as a magazine designer in London before becoming an accomplished food writer. Her recipes have been featured in numerous books and magazines. Cookery runs in Pastor's family: both her grandfathers were chefs. She once ran a cookery school in Norfolk and worked as a professional food stylist and photographer. She now lives in Suffolk with her husband, an illustrator, who she often works with on illustrative and photographic food projects.
