Mr. Stockdell was one of the principles of Paralex and saw it through all the various steps required to start and bring to fruition that misbegotten venture: writing a business plan, selling the idea of the product, raising $15 million in funding and in the end imploding through folly, greed, betrayal, and dishonesty.
