The collective monograph presents the topical problem of purification of natural gas from various organic and inorganic substances, as well as the use in zeolites ZSM-5 in Li, Cs and Na forms as an adsorbing and catalytic agent in oil refining processes.The monograph describes the porosity structure, the number of active centers and formation of complexes of adsorbed compounds, nature in ZSM-5 zeolites in Li, Cs and Na forms studied by means of a high-vacuum adsorption micro-calorimetry unit. Precision isotherms and full thermodynamic characteristics ( H, F and S) of adsorption in the examples of ammonia, carbon dioxide, water, methanol, n-pentane, benzene and paraxylene in ZSM-5 zeolite in Li, Cs and Na forms are also presented. The study of physical and chemical properties of adsorbents will make it possible to synthesize import-substituting high-performance adsorbents from local raw materials. The monograph is designed for researchers of research institutes of physico-chemical, colloidal, environmental research areas, teachers, doctoral students, undergraduates of higher educational institutions, specialists of the oil refining industry.

Bahronov Khaet Nurovich was born in 1971 in Bukhara region. In 1993, he graduated from BukhDU. In 2001, he defended his PhD thesis in chemistry at the IONH of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Since 2017, he has been an assistant professor at the Muhammad al-Kharazmiy TUIT physics department. Author of more than 70 scientific articles, owner of two patents, co-author of one educational and 20 educational-methodical manuals.
