This book is the result of the dissertation by Prof. Luis Henrique Pereira de Carvalho, in the Programa de Mestrado Profissional em Química em Rede Nacional (PROFQUI/UFAL), under the supervision of Prof. Sônia Salgueiro Machado and with the collaboration of Prof. Elton Lima Santos, from the Federal University of Alagoas.
