This ebook is based on extensive experience in pedagogical, academic and professional terms, in sports in general, and in soccer in particular. This lived and reflected experience has directed us towards a perspective of analysis focused on organizational and methodological aspects of a preparation for excellence in the training of young soccer players.Therefore, we present some contributions and some structuring concepts, as well as an action plan that aims to raise the quality standards of the process of training soccer players, having as a structuring or reference basis a training philosophy based on game, training and player models.
