Compiled by Gather & Gather, whose ethos is about using food to bring people together, all proceeds from this book will go to the Peter McVerry Trust, the national housing and homelessness charity whose work is needed now more than ever. In 2021, the charity worked with over 10,000 people and was active in 28 local authorities across Ireland.
