Michael Pritchard was born in England, and currently lives in Holland. As a director, camerman and author he has been involved in the making of twelve documentaries about fishing around the world. He currently teaches ceramics in an arts centre. His hobbies include the Natural History of fish and aquatic mammals, sportfishing, and each year he travels to the Atlantic coast of Ireland.
