JOHANN HINNEMANN, one of the most prominent dressage trainers in the world, is known for his decisive and structured approach to riding and training. He has been the trainer for the Canadian Olympic dressage team, coached the German team with Klaus Balkenhol, and is currently the coach of the Dutch national team. COBY VAN BAALEN, dressage rider, trainer and coach, is Johann Hinnemann's most loyal student. She was a team silver medallist the 1998 World Cup in Rome as well as at the Sydney Olympics in 2000. She has her own school full of talented and motivated students, including her daughter, Marlies, who won the individual gold medal at the junior European Championships in 1998.
