Lead by a foreword and recipe from none other than Michel Roux Jr, who grew up in Kent and is passionate about the food and drink created in the Garden of England, the book also features top-end dining hotspots like The Beacon and The Warren, places that put local ingredients centre stage including Framptons cafe bar and The Small Holding, irresistible sweet treats from patisserie cafe Cocolicious, and eclectic food from modern bars and restaurants such as Vittle and Swig.
