Autor

South African born Tombi Peck is renowned throughout the cake decorating world for her beautiful, life-like sugar flowers. She was responsible for reintroducing this craft into Britain and is a founder member of the British Sugarcraft Guild. Alan Dunn is a leading sugarcraft designer and author. His highly realistic sugar flowers are stunning and he has a wonderfully uninhibited style of his own. Tony Warren works for a large sugarcraft company and teaches sugarcraft in Adult Education. He is extremely talented and demonstrates on a regular basis at all the major UK exhibitions.
