Paul Pflüger ist in Mainz, fernab der See geboren. Von klein auf war er jedoch fasziniert vom Meer und seinen vielfältigen Bewohnern über und unter Wasser. Nach dem Ende seiner Schulzeit zog es ihn an die Küste, und nach Stationen in Bremen, Hamburg und Biarritz pendelt er nun zwischen Lissabon und Paris, wo er als Kameramann arbeitet. Neben seinem Beruf sind Fotografie, Essen und Reisen schon immer große Leidenschaften gewesen.
