Autor

Ian Giesbrecht, also known as Ini, has traveled around the world learning about many different food cultures. Originally from Canada, he currently lives on an 18 acre homestead bordering Caney Creek in Ozark County in southern Missouri, where he and his partner Wren are developing and cultivating an edible and medicinal perennial ecosystem.
