A recent Indiana Sportswriters and Sportscasters Hall of Fame inductee, Chappell covered the Colts as a writer for the Indianapolis Star since the team arrived from Baltimore in 1984 until 2013.Phil Richards is a member of the Indiana Sportswriters and Sportscasters hall of Fame and covered the Colts for the Indianapolis Star from 1999 to 2013.
