The present book examines the impact of Financial Reforms on the working of banking sector in general and Public Sector Banks in particular. In addition to assess multi-dimensional trend of banking sector, it examines the impact of Deregulation Policies on the Management of bank's resources. Autor

Dr. Jaynal Uddin Ahmed did his M. Com. from Assam University, Silchar. and obtained Ph.D. in Business Administration from same university. He is presently working as lecturer in the Department of Commerce, Umshyrpi College, Shillong. Dr. Ahmed has published more than two-dozen of articles and authored two books: “An Introduction to Man and Environment” and “Business Environment with Special Reference to North Eastern Region”. He has also presented papers in several National, International Seminars/Conferences.R.K. Rahul, Ph.D is Reader of Finance in the Department of Business Administration at Assam University, Silchar. He has been actively guiding research project. Dr. Raul has authored two books and published research papers in refereed journals.
