He is the Henry R. Kravis Research Chair in Leadership Studies at Claremont McKenna College and is recognized as one of the world's foremost management educators. Allan H. Church is Senior Vice President of Global Talent Assessment & Development at PepsiCo. A leading practitioner in talent management and organization development, he has designed many of the company's world-class talent strategies and tools. He is the author of several books and over 150 articles on leadership research, theory, and practice.
