Kevin A. Fall, PhD, LPC-S, is professor and program coordinator in the Professional Counseling Program at Texas State University. Shareen Howard, MS, LPC-S, is the mental health assessment specialist at the Denton County Sheriff's Office in Denton, Texas, where she provides services for inmates.
