Dale Whybrow has loved cooking since receiving her first cookbook at age six, and her family and friends have been stealing her recipes for almost as long (including the one for potato chowder, which won her first prize in a magazine cooking competition). Dale is now sharing these recipes in The Potato Cookbook, where you’ll find her hints and instructions for making everything from potato crackers to the best chocolate cake you’ve ever tasted (the secret’s in the potato). When she’s not creating delicious food, Dale works as an educator. She lives in the beautiful city of Sydney, Australia.
