Shehzad Husain is the author of several books on Indian cooking. She was food consultant and advisor to Marks & Spencer for many years, and has created a range of award-winning curry sauces. Rafi Fernandez was an accomplished cook and prolific author of books of recipes from her native India. She regularly appeared at cooking demonstrations and ran two shops, Rafi's Spice Box.
